iOS Team Lead

My client, a multinational software house, are in the process of expanding their mobile development team.

They are looking to hire an iOS Team Lead, reporting into the development manager, your main focus will be Native development and you must have previous experience leading teams or projects with a minimum headcount of 4+.

This is a hands on role so you will still be required to write code. Time management and communication skills are key as you will be required to preform lead responsibilities as well as delegating work loads.

You will make key decisions which will have an impact on the end product so this is an opportunity to really put your own stamp on things.

As part of a large mobile team you must be comfortable with cross functional development

To be considered for this role you must have;

• Bsc Computer Science
• Minimum of 7+ years development experience.
• Strong experience with Object Oriented Programming.
• Minimum of 4+ years commercial experience developing Native iOS Applications
• 1+ year working with Swift
• Experience of Android Development
• Must have experience with design patterns such as MVVM, MVP.
• Previously published at least on application to the App Store
• CI/CD
• Must have experience developing API’s
• Strong Communications skills
• Team lead experience, leading teams of a minimum 4 headcount.
• Must have worked in an Agile environment.
