Developer in Test – Leading Digital Studio – London

My Client is a leading Digital Studio based in London. Due to organic growth they are looking to expand their test team. They require an experience Developer in test to join an established test team of 4.

The successful profile will be responsible for collaborating with developers and designers to create versatile robust digital products across web and mobile platforms. Everyone is responsible for the quality of the final outcome and you are encouraged to go beyond your immediate role to ensure the highest quality product is created.

The Test team plays an integral part of the process and is involved throughout form inception to shipping. You will write Unit and Automation tests as well as the standard bug fixes. You will champion BDD at all times, while getting a strong understanding of the product from the user’s perspective.

To be considered you must have;

–       Bsc in Computer Science or relevant work experience

–       Minimum of 3 years commercial automation experience

–       Must have ability to read and write in at least 1 OO Development language.

–       Ideally be proficient with Ruby & Cucumber but not desirable.

–       Automation experience either web or mobile. (No major worries about what framework you use they will provide training)

–       Experience working with BDD

–       Ability to work in cross functional teams
