Trainee 360 Recruitment Consultant – Derry.

Continuous Solutions are a bespoke recruitment agency that specialise in placing Software Developers throughout Europe & US.

We are coming up to our 2nd Birthday September, having organically grown over the last 12 months we are now looking to grow again. We boast a large portfolio of clients from Tier 1 Investment banks to Multinational software houses. We have clients in London, Dublin, Barcelona, Madrid & New York to name a few.

We are going through an exciting stage of growth and are looking to grow our team based in Derry. You will join an exciting start-up company.

We are open to all levels of experience from Uni leavers to experienced sales professionals.

Dependent upon the level of experience you poses will determine what position you join.

If you are new to sales but have the right characteristics you will learn the ropes working on live roles the business currently has with its existing client portfolio with the view of progressing during your time with the company. However if you hold previous sales experience you will have freedom to specialise on either the iOS or Android Desks.

This will entail;

• Developing and growing your own portfolio of clients
• Proactively seek client visits to cement and develop client relationships (Including US/ Europe)
• Once you are an established member of the team you will assist with integrating new consultants into the company.
• Develop Market expertise through taking an active interest your sector
