Ruby on Rails Tech Lead Backend – Paris

Continuous Solutions are working with a leading Digital Media & promotions company based in Paris. Their application allows its users to discover new products in stores and online.

They are currently sitting no.1 in their category for the French, British & Belgium markets and at the end of 2022 they launched in the USA.

The application has already been downloaded by over 10 million people and they are working with more than 500 trusted brands.

The company has a headcount of 80 in total and growing!

They are looking for an Ruby Tech Lead to join the development team based in Paris. You will be required to speak French in a professional environment.

You will be responsible for

• Implementing new features and interfaces ensure quality of code at all times
• You will Structure internal Processes and tools to ensure efficiency
• Technical refactoring and performance optimizing
• Contributing to the products strategy and prioritization

Your background

• Minimum of 5 years commercial development experience.
• 3rd Level Education ideally in computer science or self-taught with experience
• You have worked with Ruby on Rails for a minimum of 5 years.
• You have experience leading small teams or projects.
• Strong understanding of Web & Api Development
• Experience developing Large scale applications
