Founding Engineer – Node.JS / React – Healthcare – Hybrid – San Francisco

Our client an early stage start up backed by a number of leading investors are looking for a Founding Engineer to join their team in a hybrid capacity based in San Francisco.

Their goal is to revolutionise the industry for healthcare professionals.

Their innovative platform not only reduces spend but increases time being saved but automating mundane manual tasks.

To date they have secured circa $4M in funding and have already generated Circa $500K in revenue.

Responsibilities

·      They are looking for a Founding Engineer to join and eventually grow into a lead Engineer for the team they will build around you.

·      You will be responsible for collaborating with co-founders to develop product features for early customers

·      Understand existing clients business requirements and implement impactful features

·      Be a key influence in both engineering and cultural direction.

You will have a number of exciting and interesting problems to solve from the get go that will have a direct correlation to decisions made by the user.

·      Backend: Node.JS

·      Frontend: React.JS Typescript Next.JS

Compensation / Benefits

·      $140K – $180K salary

·      0.5% – 1% equity
