Android Engineer – London – User first company.

My Client are an innovative user experience company. The user is priority first & foremost. They create unique applications for a number of clients with a fine balance between design & technologies. Their applications to date are known for engaging audiences with an excellent experience.

They are going through an exciting phase of growth and are looking for an enthusiastic Android profile to join an existing team of 3. Someone who is open to using new technologies as they evolve.

Initially you will work on one of the UK’s Leading VOD services, you must be able to demonstrate an understanding of clean well documented OOC, be passionate about good architecture principles and practices.

To be considered you must have;

• Bsc Computer Science
• 3+ years commercial Android development experience
• Minimum of 6 months Commercial Kotlin
• Proficient with the standard tools, frameworks & Libraries (Dagger, RxJava, Retrofit)
• Experience XML and JSON data served via HTTP APIs is essential.
