Job Description:

They are seeking a highly skilled Mid-Senior iOS Engineer with a strong background in mobile app development to join a new team in Valencia, Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our iOS app, which enables users to verify their identity using their smartphone and electronic identity document.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop and maintain our iOS app using Swift and Xcode
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code that meets the highest standards
Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new features and improvements
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the app’s stability and performance
Collaborate with other engineers to design and implement scalable and efficient systems
Stay up-to-date with the latest iOS technologies and trends
Ensure that the app meets the highest security and privacy standards
Contribute to the development of the overall product roadmap

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in iOS app development using Swift and Xcode
Strong understanding of mobile app development best practices
Experience with iOS frameworks such as UIKit, CoreData, and CoreAnimation
Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON
Experience with Git and agile development methodologies
Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, and algorithms
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience in developing secure and privacy-focused applications
